Overview

The system is a laboratory-based surveillance for the identification of Cyclospora by sentinel laboratories in eight states and the District of Columbia. Data are originally collected passively weekly and monthly by hospitals, public health laboratories, universities, and a CDC/ATSDR employee. Interpreted results can be accessed through internal and external reports.
