Overview

The PHLIS was a PC-based software application designed for use in Public Health Laboratories for the reporting and analysis of a variety of conditions of public health importance which have a significant laboratory testing component. PHLIS used to report standard demographic data associated with a laboratory isolate as well as laboratory test results, information about laboratory procedures and outbreak-related information. This system in now inactive.
