Overview

The NAHSS integrates animal health monitoring and surveillance activities conducted by many Federal and State government agencies into a comprehensive and coordinated system. This network of partners work together through surveillance to protect animal health. The goal of the NAHSS is to systematically collect, collate, and analyze animal health data and promptly disseminate animal health information, especially to those partners obligated to respond.
