Overview

The objective of the Surveillance and Investigation Division is to minimize the effect of communicable disease in the state of Indiana. They support electronic reporting and surveillance (including INEDSS, PHESS, CHIRP, SWIMSS) development and foster use and training among all public health partners, have information about zoonotic and vectorborne diseases, and notifiable diseases.
