Overview

SaTScan analyzes spatial, temporal and space-time data . It is designed to: perform geographical surveillance of disease for statistically significant clusters, test whether a disease is randomly distributed, evaluate the statistical significance of disease cluster alarms, and perform repeated time-periodic disease surveillance for early detection of disease outbreaks.
