Overview

This model deploys algorithms to identify the source of infectious disease outbreaks using relevant data sets. The authors then demonstrate the use of this algorithm to pinpoint the origins of three historical outbreaks: Foot-and-Mouth Disease epidemic of 1967, the Chunkungunya outbreak of 2007 and the Golden Square Cholera outbreak of 1854.

Question
